Youth Week in NSW Primary Sponsor - NSW Motor Accidents Authority: Arrive alive
The NSW Motor Accidents Authority (MAA) is proud to again be the major sponsor of NSW Youth Week under their youth banner - Arrive alive.
The Arrive alive youth road safety program compliments the aims of NSW Youth Week and is a great opportunity to promote messages to improve road safety among young people in NSW.
The Arrive alive message is a vital one:

• People between 17-25 years are more than twice as likely as any other road user to be killed or injured on NSW roads.
• Every year in NSW about 100 young people are killed in motor vehicle accidents and more than 7,000 are injured.

Whilst sponsorship includes all Youth Week activities in NSW - some key aspects are:

• YouthRock - showcases talented young bands coming from secondary schools across NSW. In addition to the popular Arrive alive Wildcard voting option the Arrive alive website will house podcasts of finalists' music for people to listen to and download.
• Funding Arrive alive shuttles to safely transport young people to their nearest NSW Youth Week event in areas where limited or no other transport options exist.
